vacation rentalCasa Cariñosa (house with heart), is a lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom (one has a Jacuzzi bathtub) 1800 square feet, adobe-style home situated on 2.5 acres with wonderful 360° views, and facing Taos Mountain. Taos's incomparable sunsets are included. The house is warmly furnished with original art, antiques, healthy plants, authentic handmade crafts, and is outfitted for your comfort.

Taos, NMThe master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, with jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds, each with an extra queen futon sofa which folds out into a bed for additional sleeping accommodations. In addition, there is a Taos daybed in the living room.

Location

Located on the north side of Taos, Casa Cariñosa is perfectly located between town and the ski valley. Town is just a quick ten-minute drive (even during our rush hour!) where you will find most of the restaurants, shopping and events happening. The ski valley is about 20 minutes away.

Taos Sunsets!

Eototo Road is about one mile long, running between Blueberry Hill Road and Millicent Rogers Road.

From the south on Paseo del Pueblo Norte, go five miles north of Taos Plaza and turn left (west) onto US 64.

Turn left at the first street on the left, Blueberry Hill Road. Go one mile to Eototo Road, on the left side of the street. Go left onto Eototo; the house is about .8 of a mile down on the right. Two reflectors mark the driveway, and #36 is posted on the green phone box.

Follow the same directions from the north, except turn right (west, towards the Gorge Bridge and Tres Piedras) onto US 64 at the Taos Ski Valley intersection.

 



Rental Information:

bedroomLease: Casa Cariñosa is available for rent, furnished, for a minimum of a six-months. If you choose to rent for a minimum of one year, or more, you may rent the house fully-furnished, or unfurnished.

Rental amount: Monthly rent is $1,395. per month, negotiable depending upon furnished, or unfurnished rental.

Security deposit and last month's rent: A payment equaling one-month rent for the security deposit, and an equal amount for the last month's rent will be due upon the signing the lease. The first month's rent will also be due at that time.

Utility costs: Utility costs are: gas, electricity, telephone, and trash removal. At your option, satellite television access, DSL and wireless Internet are available. Firewood is not included.
